Out of the Loop!

Dave decided at the last minute not to bring them. Disappointed to say the least.
Dave sent out an eamil to us explaining his decision. Hard decision but I understand completly. Check your spam or junk mail folder. I might still have the email i can paste in here

I heard that they had a competion to see if they could be disassembled in 48 hours.
Everyone,
This email is long overdue, but our plans for SEMA are notorious for changing at the last moment and this year is no exception.
The original plan was to have both Car Warriors Factory Five 33 Hot Rods at the 2012 SEMA show, prominently displayed.
I made the decision myself not to do this based on the fact that the show is no longer in production and SEMA is about what's newest and latest and the CW cars would be looking backwards.
I have a number of magazines that are interested in writing about the cars as the show and the effort were remarkable. All of that will happen after SEMA.
I've attached an email string simply for your information, but I wanted to let you all know first-hand my decision and also to thank you so much for the great effort and show that went down in FFR history!
If we EVER do a similar show (and we are discussing shows with several outlets!) I wanted all of you to know that you guys are all at the top of the list!
As a fun result, Tony Zullo is now working at FFR and Justin Zuffante just completed GREAT work on our 818 model. Also, Mark Dougherty and his son Brendan recently spent a week working on the new project 818 and lastly wayne presley may be asked to serve on the race development team of this great new car.
All the best and I look forward to seeing all of you in the near future!
Sincerely,

Jeff, Brad, and Ray!
Huge apologies for not getting back sooner!
We've been so focused on our launch of our newest car and some other SEMA projects that the CW cars have really taken a back seat.
Truth be told, if it were ANY other car show, the cars would be on the way, BUT SEMA is about the future and what is next, what is latest and greatest. With that in mind, and considering the fact that CW is no longer a show, where we expected it to be in production for a third season, I think it is not the best decision to take the cars as planned.
I spoke to the staff here extensively and all agreed the best path forward would be to ship the west coast car, without delay (now that the decision has been made) to Jeff as the owner.
The East Coast car will be forwarded to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and I spoke to Pam spitzer in the Boston office and she is coordinating the donation and subsequent raffle at a CF national fundraiser.
I'm truly sorry for the delay.
Jeff, Brad and Ray, it was great working with you guys and I hope we can all work together in the future. We've been discussing shows with discovery and their velocity network, as well as the usual suspects at Brenton and RTM.
We'll be debuting a new car at SEMA and showing off the 33 that was built on MuscleCar a month ago.
Jeff, nate (my ops manger) will contact you directly on the shipping of the car out to you asap. Good news is you don't have to pick it up in Vegas and we'll truck it to your door in So Cal.
Hope to see you guys at SEMA. Our booth is between Ford and GM along the main aisle right next to KONI shocks.

Hi guys tony, the west coast car was bought by jeff allan the producer ..
Right, Jeff bought the West Coast Car and should be getting it soon if he hasn't already (I think it must have shipped with those clutch quadrants) and the East Coast car should be getting auctioned off at a CFF benefit but not sure when that is.
Tony: Great to see you have gone to work at Factory Five. Your great personality and attention to detail are a tremendous asset to that fine company and I hope you fit in well!
As far as the Car Warriors FF 33's not completing there original planned Show tour and ultimate sale at a High Profile auction it is very disappointing to me.The opportunity for those two cars to be in a dozen car shows throughout 2012 was of tremendous marketing potential for everyone involved and the fact that that opportunity was not taken advantage of is a real shame! Hopefully when the Eastcoast car is sold, it ends up in the hands of an enthusiast that will Drive it and it will not end up in some private collection. As far as the Westcoast car I feel confident Jeff will end up making it street legal and drive the heck out of it! I would suggest that he have a big period correct silver leaf #2 put on the doors symbolic of finishing second to the Eastcoasts Beautiful car!
The outcome doesn't surprise me in the least as Hollywood has always made promises they seldom fulfill!

Hi dan well as it always goes in hollywood is hard to work with, and to try to figure out what they want to do and what they really do is something different, but our car should make some money for the cause and jeff got his car about a month ago.but i hope all is well and i'll talk to you soon
