'33 cars with Electric Windows and the Rag Top....

I've been in contact with Rod Tops to see if they can make a "filler" to close off the gaps between the electric window glass and the roadster windshield frame, etc. They are interested in this idea so I thought I'd ask if there are any others of you with a similar situation. Their side curtains are nice if you don't have the electric windows, but I hate to un-do the electrics just for the side curtains.

What they have in mind is something that will act as a pocket on the front, top and rear of the electric window glass and will zip in on the existing zipper.

This shows the side window raised as high as you can and still open/close the door. So the pocket would probably fill the gaps you see.

Here's what their side curtain and my electric window look like together:

The 'filler' would most likely not have a bottom to it. It will require snaps at the front and on the windshield frame, I believe.

They're going to work on the idea and give me a quote. I'm sure they would be happy to make more than just my one set.

    Best regards, Tom
