    Steering wheel binds up?

I installed my column and such and came to the part in the manual that the adapter and steering wheel are installed. I just snugged up the nut on the adapter by hand and it lock everything up. I followed the instructions. It seems to be incorrectly machined. Has anyone else run into this?

That's a new one for me. I suspect the adapter may be machined wrong. I would call FFR on Monday or Tuesday if the are celebrating the holiday.

After talking to FFR and some help from the other forum I made a 1/8" washer to shim the adapter up and it works fine now.

Yes I did. Called IDIDIT. They instructed me to put a 1 or 2 wraps of clear tape, the kind you use for Xmas wrap, around the lower part below the splines. That worked to my surprise.Simple and easy solution.
