ok this kit has been around for 10+ years - instead of using a template next time, I'll just use the Replicaparts.com Brake Booster Spacer

$39 shipped and will seal the booster against the footbox nicely instead of air-gapped spacers...

my first challenge was drilling out the center hole (2 3/4" hole saw)
now - to mount the power booster, it looks like I'll need to cut/trim the wilwood pedalbox more!

the top bolts won't be able to fit a nut when mounted flush...

ideas for clearance? I thought I saw pics where someone used a smaller hole saw to cut a circular area around the bolts?

Check out post #19 by Kp on this thread. Looks like he used a "?" diameter forstner bit/hole cutting bit and cut out the material and then re-powder coated in red.

trimmed with a 1 1/4" hole saw, worked great!

still had to trim the lower portion of the pedalbox mount because it conflicts with the steering bearing when you pull it inside the footbox

I unstalled the Whitby PB kit in my Non-donoR MK4. The only thing i changed was I used a master cyl from Speedway to get the correct ratio, woks great. The holes in the frame mounted up to the PB unit just fine.

what was the different using the speedway master from the bendix master that whiby provides?
what was your pedal distance from the back of the footbox?

With the firewall forwad kit I didn't have enough clearance or verticle room to mount the emote resevoi units. The one I used from Speedway has an integral snap on lot, speedway pat link is here. 1 Bore

I have about 4" of clearance from the pedal to the alum panel.
