Deburr holes AND edges!
Hurricane HM-2016, 9" Ford w/3.50, 427W, TKO 600.
I demurred the edges and holes and cleaned them up with acetone. My powder coater said my prep work had saved him some labor and that helped in my price negotiation. Now how much it helped I have no idea but it did take me a fair amount of time so it may not even be worth it.

My powder coater wouldn't media blast them. Given, they had very powerful blasting equipment, but he said they had to hand sand them. Whatever, I thought. The color is great, but I'm not happy as several of the panels have visible sanding marks through the powder coating.
