New Guy Here (well not really)

So I built a FFR Mk3 Roadster in 2006-2007, did all the work myself including paint. I absolutely love my car (I call her "Black Betty") however over the last couple of years I'm driving her less for various reasons, too hot, too cold, too wet. I'm thinking about selling her and either building a '33 Hot Rod or a '35 pick up. I live in far north Georgia (Blairsville) and have been told by the local Cobra club guys that there are a couple of '33's in this area. I would like to see a '33 close up and would really love to see a pickup to help me decide which one I want to build. One thing is for sure I will not be painting my project car again, unless I can get access to a professional paint booth, it's just too much trouble with a make shift booth. So if there are any local '33 hot rod owners out there please let me know, I would love to meet you and talk about your builds.

    Regards,
    Russ B.

Hey Russ, there's a google map that shows where a lot of 33 owners are.

Any new guys can ask to be added via this thread.

Thanks Roadracer and thanks David (it's good to be back).......I love my Roadster and wish I had the room for more toys. It will be really hard to sell "Black Betty" but I knew that day would come. This community of builders is just so awesome. There have been so many folks here that helped me out during my first build. I'm hoping I can repay some of that help on my next build. I have a lot of questions on both the pickup and hotrod.
