    Headroom

Well, since the design is already finished I guess it's too late to ask for room enough for a tall man to fit. Here's to hoping.

Design is not made yet, car designers will be designing this and will have height in mind, also the roof is removable

Make it big enough for anyone. The newer (05 up) mustangs are great but I do not fit. 6' 4' and I can not drive the car. GTM is tight Coupe is tight Roadster is tight. Please make enough room for anyone. Richard.

Richard! The design is wide open with only chassis landmarks, wheelbase and track established (still, even that can change). Great to have your expertise. We should add to the design goals to make it Wookie and Sasquach capable...

Hey Dave, I do like the Idea of a completely new design. I love the replicas of all FFR's from the 60's styled car also. But there is a fine line in the kit car world of a perfect design and something that look goofy at best. That being said I think FFR can pull this off better then any one, The GTM design is amazing you would never know it was a kit and not a production super car. The one thing I think you should consider would be instead of a roaster, make a targa style top then you can still have the removable top and still satisfy the guys like me who like coupes. plus the safty of a rear roll bar hidden under the back part of the roof is always a plus. any way can't wait to see what you come up with.

I thnk I have been called a wookie, I like it, but I am just not that hairry, LOL. Make it fit Mark D and it should fit most people. I fit in the GTM, but it took some effort. Leg ROOM is the key, I have it in the GTM but not enough in the Roadster or the coupe. The GTM could use another inch or so. My point is simple, make sure the cockpit is long enough for a 36 inch inseam with the seat in. JMHO, Richard.

Yes make it fit a tall guy, but no so that the seat back is leaned rearward at such an angle, that your neck is hurting in an hour from holding your head forward....

Mark D is definitely a big guy... Is Sasquach bigger than Chewbacca? I'm just trying to figure dimensional classes.
There's italian racecar driver (5'2" and under 125lbs)
    There's avaerag guys (5"8-6' and maybe 150-210)
there's big guy (6'-6"4 or so and maybe up to 265)
then there's really big guy, sasquach, wookie-class... maybe we need a driver-fitment scale so we can report ranges accurately and with more fun than those helmet fit charts that have me measuring my skull all alone in my office...

6'1", 240. I'm only a 1/2 hr away (Fall River/Somerset) and available for test fittings.

    +1 headroom

I'm only 6 ft, but looong torso. I choose my vehicles based on my head not touching the ceiling. I had to test-sit over half a dozen SUV's before I found one I could fit in.

Oddly, it seems the smaller the car, the more likely I'll fit. Smaller cars often have taller roofs (trying to compensate for otherwise small interior?) I fit a WRX and new Beetle with plenty of room to spare. So I'm hoping for headroom in this kit.

I heard the designer of the MGB was 6'8" and designed the car to fit himself. I used to drive one and I can say I've never had more legroom.
I'm waiting to see how the prototype turns out.

No kidding, my nickname in College was Chewy, short for Chewbacca. I row like a Wookie! 6'6" 300+ lbs definitely puts me in the wookie category!

Please, please PLEASE, make it so I can fit. I LOVE the coupe and I LOVE the GTM but I've never been able to sit in either...

I have no problems with headroom. But if I were to build this car it would most likely be shared with my kids who are 6'3" each with long torsos. If the car comes with a removable/Targa top one with a Gurney Bump would be great.

So, what's between Italian racecar driver and "average"?

I'm 5' 5" and now suddenly having a complex, realizing that I don't have a spot in the driver-fitment scale.

And, according to the weight range, I need to go on a diet.
