    Upcoming New Breeze Website Launch

The Breeze website that has served us so well, having logged more than 14,500 orders since its launch in 2005, will be upgraded sometime before 5/23. The new site will have a more modern look and feel, will allow customers to add product reviews and have direct access to videos. It will also be more friendly for access by mobile devices. Existing users will have to create new on-line accounts since the existing accounts and wish-lists will not be carried over. There will also be an option to check-out as a guest.
So if you go to Breeze Automotive and it looks different - it is still us, Mark and Tina, and you have come to the right place for the best parts and advice for your FFR Roadster!

Looking forward to the new website Mark. One thing I like about your old site was that the search function worked very well - there are many large companies that have websites where the search function does not work as well as your old site.

First Hiccup! This morning the developer has been importing order history to our new website and the developer forgot to turn off e-mail notifications. Some number of old order confirmation or order cancellation e-mails have been sent out to customers. If you received an e-mail notifying you of an order you did not recently place it is due to that error. Since we don't store credit card numbers you can be sure you were not charged.

    Sorry for the distraction.

    Sincerely,

    Mark Reynolds

BTW Mark, there should be a way to ETL that data in. Best of luck with the new site!

Yes Kbubu still working on it. We just wanted to get the word out because not everyone is on the forums every day.
(Plus we only do this every 13 years or so!)
Our goal is to have it transitioned by the 23rd.
Thanks David! And ETL stands for? There are some people that live in that world working on it.
Driver_WT Thanks! Our goal for the existing site was to make it easy to find out about and order the right parts for your project, and not so much to entertain people. It was getting hard to find people willing to maintain it, plus it was never envisioned for people to be browsing and ordering from I-pads and mobile phones.

5/23/18 Update: We are nearing completion of the website upgrade, but have not completed sufficient testing to launch today - especially since we are leaving for vacation tomorrow. So rather than risk imparting chaos while we are not here to respond we have decided to push off the launch date. Breeze will be closed for vacation from 5/24 through 6/3. Our site can still take orders 24/7 and we will be back at picking, packing, shipping and tech support on 6/4. Thanks for your understanding!
