Your car looks just beautiful! Awesome colors, and terrific body work, and the meatballs are outstanding!

Looking great Tim, will you be at Carlisle this year. I'll be there with my GT40 as a finished car. Stop by the Tornado Sportscar booth, I'd love to show it to you.
Tim,
Are you going to be at the FFR open house in finished form this year?

Tim, it's looking great! I love the color and the whole paint layout. Do you have any engine bay photos to share?
I'll be in touch with you about Carlisle!

Looking good! I'll probably see you at Carlisle, I'm taking the new Saleen.

Still have the 99, bought 11-025 last year, the only grabber blue car made by Saleen/Speedlab...
My daughter fell in love with it and I couldn't resist. I'm going to be selling the Daytona and
most likely selling the 99. I had my my left shoulder replaced in December and it's pretty much
impossible for me to get in/out of the Daytona now. The new car is quite a bit wider inside and
more comfortable for me to drive to I may sell the 99 and get a 13 Boss when they come out.
Glad to see your car is really coming along! Won't be long now until it's on the road!

That is one beautiful car!!!
Tim, absolutely gorgeous. I saw your car at Ron's when i was visiting mine, and finally to pick it up. Puulleese tell me you are not going with the roadster side pipes. I see you have a modular motor and are perhaps having trouble with the coupe exhaust.

I was going to wait to unveil this at Carlisle or the FFR Open House...But here is a peak of the new FFR aluminum hood anyway.

Tim,
What's up with the aluminum hood??? You describe it as "the new FFR aluminum hood" Is this something FFR is making? Either way I would like more info.
Thanks and your car looks great!
Bob
Tim is that the new alumiglass
Those photos really don't do this coupe justice. You have to see this in person to appreciate how well not only the finish looks but the craftsmanship and planning that Tim has done. I'm looking forwards myself to seeing this finished at Carlisle

The perfect treatment for the underside of the hood!
Fantastic work guys

You can do the same thing with superglue and gum wrappers.
Burnish it out with an old spoon and... Voila! LOL
All kidding aside, it looks absolutely fabulous!

Bob. I misspoke a little for fun. The hood IS from FFR, however the metal plating was done by Ron Randell the painter and owner of MetalMorphous in Conn. His special proprietary metal plating process and his body/paint reputation is one of the reasons why guys like myself will trailer a vehicle several states away to him to have their cars done. I have seen several cars done by Ron, take best paint awards at the FFR open houses. The only down side is the separation anxiety and not being able to stop by and check up on your car as often as you would like. I knew that I would like to have Ron do my Coupe, but I almost didn't even call him about it because I thought that I could not afford the premium. I am very glad I did! Its a little extra but not as much as I anticipated. And besides if you are going to blow the budget somewhere in the build this is a good place to do it.

Thanks Tim for letting me know. The metal plating is something I have not seen and really pushes an excellent paint job over the top. You must be very proud and excited to get your car back!

WOW!! Drool, eye twitch, and HUGE GRIN, all at the same time!! Not bad for a first impression Tim. Good luck and best wishes with the rest of the build. IMHO it has turned out awesome. P.S. Drive it like you stole it!! Hope to see it in person one day, great build!
