    GTM For Sale

This is a car that we worked on. I believe this came to us as a roller with the drivetrain installed and we finished out the car from there. Contact me if you are interested....

Shane, what do you think about g50 vs g96 with the LS? Pros and cons of each?

Blows my mind how much car you get for that price.

Looks like a quarter million dollar car.

I just requested some interior pics from the owner.

I'm not a transaxle expert, but as I understand it, the G96 is stronger than the G50...can handle more HP/TQ. IMO, there is a HUGE difference in shift effort/feel. The G50s are generally very stiff and require quite a bit of effort to shift (always remind me a bit of driving an old 3/4 ton truck). The G96 has a whole different set-up than the G50 and the shift feel/effort is much more in line with what you would expect in a car. Not quite the 2-finger snick-snick effort of a Miata, but IMO, much nicer than the G50. The G96's (last I checked) are extremely difficult to find, and if you can find one, it's going to cost $$$. The last one I priced out years and years ago from CMS was going to run $16k.
