I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the Coupe (as built by FFR) as well as the originals were never available as a convertible. Is it possible that you're asking about the FFR Spyder? (http://www.ffcars.com/forums/41-ffr-...fill-gaps.html)

I'm not getting gray, I'm adding chrome....
“Under-steer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and over-steer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.”
-- Jacques Schnauzee "World Famous Racecar Driver"
"If you can make black marks on a straight from the time you turn out of a corner until the braking point of the next turn, then you have enough horsepower."--Mark Donohue
There is one for sale in the NH craigslist.

Ray, I'm pretty sure he's talking about the Spyder. Here are 2 still listed for sale:

Beautiful car, it's a shame sales for this model weren't higher. I'd love to see a version with a removable hardtop, that would be cool.
I know of a red one sitting in a barn for 4-5 years
