My axle contacts the panhard frame mount

I’m a bit confused. My frame had a gap like shown. I drilled like the instructions say but when you tighten it it pulls it in. Then it contacts the axle. The picture show the gap now. One example I tighten it up it pulls it in then contact is made. I have the shocks mounted in the lower hole on the upper mount.

    I can use some advice

Oh man, I had my upper link too tight. I apparently just needed to freak out on the forum to see it

If you have the axle hanging at full droop it will contact the panhard mount tube that runs forward to the round tube.

I’m so relieved, Thanks Jeff. I took it apart twice. Since I have your attention what are these for? I went over the manual 10 times, they are my only leftovers from the 3 link HW kit. I had a longer one for the upper bracket brace, but I can’t find a home for these.

Yes, at full drop the axle rests on the mount. Mine does it too. You can see we have a rag between the axle and the mount where it makes contact.

I also had those two bolts left over. I ended up using them to mount the pedal box to the front of the foot box because I was missing those bolts and they are the exact same bolt!
