Looking good Willy, keep up the good work!! Pic's, Pic's, Pic's!!!
My god thats horrible!! Just kidding. Looking good so far. I would suggest that you put some form of padding between the radiator and the upper strap. The lower mounts tend to sit in the core area and the stress from the straps pulls down on the sides. This puts stress on the joints between the core and the tanks.
It's never too early to start beefing up your obituary.
Good eye xir8or have between the strap and the rad two stripes of 1/4" foam so there is just can not see it with the strap installed
Don't ask me how I know or how much it cost. Lets just say the radiator only requires enough pressure to not fly out.

Thank for the idea xir8or, went back and cut two 1/4" spacers out of 3/8" fuel line and put them were the strape connects to the frame, now it just enought that the Rad will not rattle around but not tight
Lookin' good, willy!

That looks great, Willy. By the way, who makes the brackets for the alternator and power steering pump? I plan to go with just power steering and am trying to learn about as many options as possible.
Looks really goos willy, what are you using for an engine?
Thanks, Jacob sent you a P/M $199 off E-Bay, and rj35pj it a 90 5.0 removed the fuel injection and replaced it with a Quick Fuel Carb and chevy style HEI Distibutor
