Only one windshield wiper?

Purchased already built mk2 rodster and only has one windshield wiper...what gives? Is that something that some people did. No wiper on passenger side. Seems a bit strange..I'm a newbie to kit cars.

That's probably all that was required in the state the owner registered it in. Mine only needs one to be street legal in AZ.

I was under the impression that Arizona did not require windshield wipers for cars with no top. Am I wrong?

Jazzman, reading the regs there are very few items required but I did notice windshield wiper is one. However, I haven't finished mine yet so we'll see.
