Pretty cool wall hanger!
I am pretty active with my Cobra on instagram (@scottscobra) and get a lot of interesting interaction from Cobra lovers all over the world. Guy from Brazil sent me this picture of his house. Pretty cool wall hanger! HE says it is metal frame with a fiberglass body. The headlights and taillights work for a cool interior lighting effect.
For some reason my wife was not onboard with a similar install in our living room?!

Get her a house that big, and she'll be onboard.

Regardless of house size, I that would only work in a bachelor pad

Not if you marry right. My wife would be all for that. Our projects in work include hanging a real propeller from the ceiling which I'm converting to a light fixture, and converting an airplane wing into a dining room table.
I also bought her a bulldozer for our anniversary. She's loves it.

Now a propeller is a different story (she's an av geek)! We have one that is currently on display our patio.

That is cool but unnerving - I think I would constantly feel that the car is about to hit the ground!

There is a display in the Edmonton Alberta airport of two wings painted by the artist David Jansen. Very cool canvas.

Out Drivin'
The Shelby American Collection in Boulder, CO has something similar... though it's an original aluminum body only.
